Victorian Fort carefully restored by Weymouth Civic Society over the last twenty-seven years, now run as a museum of coastal defence.
Superb panoramic views over the 2012 sailing area for the Olympics from the ramparts.
There are over seventy rooms on three levels, with displays, artefacts and exhibitions showing life in the fort. Events such as the D-Day invasion also take place around the fort. Full disabled access. |
