Following their success in the Beijing Olympics, Britain's medal winning sailing team took a victory tour through Weymouth enroute for Portland.
An open top bus, complete with police escort, carried the team through streets that were lined with flag waving wellwishers.
The countdown to 2012 has already begun, when the waters around Weymouth & Portland will be the venue for the sailing events of the next Olympic Games. |
